Contribution Statements

With just a few simple steps on your part, and a secure verification process in our finance office, you can have access to your contribution statement. While there are significant benefits of online giving both for you and the church, you need not give online to take advantage of this option.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you have already created an account and are giving online, simply scroll down to Steps for Printing your Statement.

When you first create a new account in the system, you will be able to donate immediately. For security purposes, you will not have access to any previous contribution information or your contribution statement unless the information entered matches the church's database EXACTLY.

Steps for Creating an Account

1. Email debbie@eagleslanding.org. Use ONLINE ACCOUNT as the subject line. In the email, indicate
- first name
- last name
- primary address
- home phone (if any)
- mobile phone (if any)
- email address you will use to set up your account. This must be the primary email address that you use (or would like to use) for communications received from the church.
2. You will receive an email back from the finance office with the first name, last name, and email address you must use to set up your account. This is the only way to ensure that your giving history is automatically linked with your new online account.
3. When you receive this email, click on GIVE ONLINE.
4. At the Sign In screen, click on "create an account" on the right side of the screen.
5. Enter your first name, last name, and e-mail address EXACTLY as it appears in the email you received.
6. Create your password.

Steps for Printing your Statement

1. Click on GIVE ONLINE.
2. At the Sign In screen, enter your email address and password. Click "sign in."
3. Your contribution history will appear. Click on "print view" to open a printable version of your contribution statement.
4. Click on "print statement" in the upper right hand corner.

Helpful Tips and Reminders

If you forget your login id or password, you can have the system email it to you by entering the email address that you used when you created your account. If you need help or cannot remember the email address you used, you can contact us at debbie@eagleslanding.org. You can also change your password at any time.
Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your login information. Access to sensitive personal and financial information can be gained by letting someone else use your account or by leaving the information for someone else to see. Eagle's Landing First Baptist Church will never call you to ask for your login information.
