Billy Lord

Billy has been on staff at Eagles's Landing since 2003. His wife, Cassie, is also very involved in the worship ministry. They have 4 grown children, Kyle, Kenny, Mandy & Ryan. Billy has been playing guitar and writing music since 9th grade. After high school he went to Liberty University on a football scholarship and graduated from there with a degree in Business Administration.

Matt Duren

Matt Duren serves as Associate Worship Pastor. He joined ELFBC with his family in 2007 and came on staff in March of 2010. Matt's primary role is leading worship for the 9:30 service and working with the adult choir. His wife's name is Luisa and they have three children, Rebekah, David & Andrew.

Ashleigh Booth

Ashleigh has been involved at Eagles Landing since 2007. She enjoys Serving on Mission Trips in Honduras and most recently Panama (the country). She is passionate about music and being a part of the Music Ministry Staff. Married on October 16, 2011 to her husband, Christopher Booth, who is a part of the worship team, playing the Bass. She loves to go caving, camping, and playing sports. She also likes to bake and is a skilled Cake Decorator.

Sonja LaVigne

Sonja is the Preschool/Children's Choir Coordinator at Eagle's Landing. She serves on the praise team in the Classic Service and has been involved in music since she was a child. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, Philip and Caleb.

Eric Jackson

Eric serves as the Technical Director here at Eagle's Landing. He joined the staff in July 2009 after being on the road for 11 years with Christian comedian, Scott Davis. Since 1998, Eric has been working in the field of audio, video, lighting, and web. He and his wife, Laura, have been married since March 2001. They have two daughters, Abby and Grace.
